We are happy to make an exchange or credit your account for any unworn/unused items that you are not satisfied with. Please email us at info@jahnaslavishmarket.com to arrange for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 10 days of the shipping date in unused condition (including original packaging). Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Ship prepaid via a traceable method with the package securely wrapped. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsibility of the customer.
